Simply stated, Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the powerful art and science of personal excellence.  I believe, as most NLP practitioners do, that one must have an attitude of curiosity to the infinite possibilities that one can achieve in this life.  I use the principles of NLP to help my Clients examine how they do the things that are causing them to be stuck or giving them pain, to restructure and change these in a way that makes sense to dramatically achieve consistent and elegant outcomes or results.

Together we examine core values, beliefs and attitudes, align these in the hierarchy of values and beliefs in all areas of their lives with the goal of leading more congruent, satisfying, happier lives, taking on the challenge of Excellence in the manner they uniquely define it.  We determine how to get to well-formed and achievable performance and life goals; eradicate fears and phobias and eliminate allergies using NLP interventions.   Finally we "run an ecology check" to avoid repeating what does not work.

Quoting the famous Einstein's quip, the originators of NLP suggest that from a system's point of view, if we keep doing what doesn't work all the while hoping for different results, we access a form of insanity. So in NLP, the ecology check operates as a first step toward sanity. This check moves us toward becoming more effective and empowered in "running our own brain or using our brain for a change.”

NLP is great for relationship strategies, eliminating fears, phobias and allergies, habit control, achieving outstanding performance levels in tests, sports, sales and marketing jobs to name a few applications.
