Time Line Therapy™ is a collection of NLP techniques created by Tad James that allows you to gain emotional control over your life. Examples of negative emotions which hinder people from achieving the quality of life they are capable of or want are anger, sadness, fear and guilt. Holding on to negative emotions in our lives trap these in our bodies physically and block positive creative energy from entering and being part of our lives. Over time, molecules of disease develop in our bodies to overtake and interrupt our lives. And so we get heart disease from holding on to anger and stomach cancer from holding on to guilt, for example. How many times have we heard limiting beliefs like, “I’m not good enough, I’m always broke, or I’m getting so bad with names and faces”?
